The role: looking after a membership of roughly 400 organisations across eight countries. Running the onboarding programme, keeping the working groups moving, and owning the annual member survey.
What they are after: someone who has done membership work before and has opinions about why most of it does not work. Languages other than English are useful; a communications background is not required.
